Quiet, even commercial grade Carrier central air conditioning system delivered via in-wall & ceiling insulated ducting to all rooms. This is NOT a typical wall-mounted "split" A/C installation nor individual room A/C units. Climate control is further enhanced by installation of high-end solar glass in the 28 foot width of floor-to-ceiling window walls in the living room, in dining room picture window facing the ocean, and the 10 foot wide floor-to-ceiling window wall in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans also exist in the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom as an alternative means of comfort control, permitting one to open the sliding glass walls in the living room & master bedroom to be entertained by listening to the ocean waves as they impact the beautiful white sand beach below.
