Minimum rental period is one week, extra days at pro-rated. Please note that Puu Poa Penthouse 412 is a No-Smoking, No-Pets residence. Thank You.

The above rental rates are for a party of two people; please add  $300 / week for one or two additional people. All rates are subject to change without notice, until a firm reservation with deposit has been confirmed.

The standard Hawaiian hotel & state taxes of 11.4 % will be added to the above rates; along with $175 outcleaning fee, and security deposit of $500 that will be returned in full, unless extraordinary cleaning or maintenance is necessary.

50% of above fees will secure your reservation.  Balance is due 60 days before arrival. In case of reservation cancellation during final 60 days, all fees collected will be returned to you, provided we book the same time period to another party. Even if another party does not book the same time period, upon cancellation we will return to you the security deposit and outcleaning fee.
